off to seagrove

We left for vacation on Saturday, heading to beautiful Seagrove Beach located along scenic 30-A in Florida. Sean and I were joined by my brother Bryan and his family, as well as my mom. We rented a condo in Sea View Villas for the week, which was absolutely amaaazing! The place was super stylish, very sleek and modern... I loved every bit of it, especially the master suite. Sean & I paid extra for the room (and it was $$$ well spent)!

We went to dinner Saturday evening at an Italian restaurant called Cafe Spiazzia located in the nearby town of Seaside. THE TRUMAN SHOW, a 1998 movie starring Jim Carrey, was filmed in this charming little community. Before dinner, we took the opportunity to walk through the open market, then went on to enjoy the beach and beautiful ocean view! Click here to view pics of our visit to Seaside.

The next day, it was time for some fun in the sun at the beach! Caleb took to the water just like a little fish. We had a blast playing in the waves! Then, it was on to the pool for more swimming. Click here for pics of our day at the beach. After dinner, we went to Rosemary Beach for ice cream at the Sugar Shak... but unfortunately, it was closed. We strolled through the town square, admiring the incredible architecture and landscaping. Eventually, we made our way to the boardwalk leading to the beach. We stopped by Starbucks for frappuccinos before heading home--YUM!!
