The group routine started things off with a bang! Shane Sparks choreographed an exciting hip hop number, complete with booty popping. Will and Comfort were the standouts for me. Comfort was just electrifying! Where was that spark last night when she was krumping?!

We had an interesting performance tonight by Timo Nunez, a Flamenco dancer who has tried out for SYTYCD in past seasons. He has apparently made it to Vegas both times, but was never chosen for the Top 20. I suspect he was not versatile enough, but... who knows? He's really good at what he does, though. In what my husband deemed as "Spanish Riverdance," Timo stomped his feet in dramatic fashion... all the while giving smoldering looks to the camera.

Marquis danced with complete abandon. He turned and leapt... flipped and kicked... he showcased all of his best moves... then, the judges slammed him for it! Wha? Whatever!

MARQUIS is eliminated! He can certainly leave with his head held high... he danced brilliantly tonight. I don't disagree with the judges' decision, but their reason was just weak. *cough* We all know they had to get rid of him because they kicked off Susie. *cough*
